Before beginning any project, preparation is the most important task to ensure a successful final product. Here are a few helpul hints to ease the design process.
Keep an open mind. This is our job, and we are here to help you. We make decisions based on what is best for your business, even if it may seem peculiar or strange. Everyone thought Einstein was odd... and look what he accomplished! You may love pink and purple polka dots, but it may not be the best color scheme for your auto shop's website. We respect your ideas - please respect ours!

Define the roles of anyone involved in the project. Who will be in charge? Who will approve the final design? Who will provide the materials needed to complete the project? Make sure these people are involved in the initial plan and you can provide contact information to ease the communication process.
Set your budget and timeline, with a small margin for adjustments. Remember, when it comes to a deadline, shipping is always cheaper the earlier you order!
Collect samples of graphic design styles that you do like, and some that you do not like. Print them out, burn a disc, however you need to get them to us. We need as much information as possible to help in the development of your project.
Make a list of your local competitors, and a list of your local allies. What would you like to say about your business in regards to others?
Think of the goal of your project: What are you trying to achieve in the end? How can you measure it's success?
Please, please, please have ALL materials necessary for the completion of the project ready, including images, artwork and text. Proofread the text so it is ready to be integrated into the project free from typographical errors. The longer it takes for you to provide the content, the longer it takes us to design it.
Let us know if you will be delayed in any aspect of approvals, sending content, or revisions. In order to complete projects in a timely manner for all of our clients, we must run a very tight schedule, and each project receives an alotted amount of time worked into our schedule. If you will be experiencing any delay, such as a vacation (or even just a busy week), please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust our schedule for the project. This is very important, and we appreciate your understanding!
