What are my payment options?
We currently accept all major credit cards, business check, money order or cash. Invoices and/or credit may be available for approved clients.
When is payment due?
SunSign requires a deposit of half of the original labor estimate for design work to begin. Upon approval of proofs, the remaining balance of the project (remaining labor charges, any subsequent labor or service charges, printing costs, and/or shipping) is due. Any tangible/printed media must be paid for up-front before it is ordered. Net terms or payment plans are available for approved clients.
When can I expect my project to be completed?
A time estimate is provided at the beginning of the project. If completion should be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately. Projects requiring shipping typically arrive 3-4 business days after the design work is completed.
Can I make a revision to my project?
If the project has not gone to press, we are happy to provide revisions. The first revision is free of cost, subsequent revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.

Will you provide a discount for non-profit organizations?
We will try to provide a generous discount for certain non-profit organizations, and are proud to have worked in the past with the Food Bank of North Carolina, With Love From Jesus, and several others.
